Your tasks with us:

We are looking for an analytical and numbers-driven person with a good understanding of the FMCG industry to join our Revenue Growth Management team in Port Penn. In this role, you will drive the expansion and strategic development of our Revenue Growth Management department.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing RGM plans with the goal of driving profitable growth for iglo through RGM tools and ultimately increasing our category market share. You will establish and coordinate RGM goals within the marketing unit, as well as lead the implementation process. This will be based on our strategic RGM roadmap, which will be developed collaboratively within the team. You will also oversee the process from strategic planning to annual planning and quarterly forecasting, and lead project plans to build long-term RGM capabilities. Additionally, you will develop pricing and assortment strategies, as well as product pack architecture and promotion guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating a compelling retailer selling story and supporting the implementation of all RGM potentials. This role will require close collaboration with the Category Management, Key Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and international RGM teams.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an RGM role and/or in sales, category management, finance, or strategy consulting in the FMCG industry
  • Experience using insights and analysis to develop RGM strategies
