WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

From hiring to termination, as an HR Specialist (m/f/d) in Savonburg, KS, you will be responsible for the operational handling of all administrative personnel processes.

As a contact person, you will answer inquiries regarding personnel processes and create employment contracts, references, and evaluations. You will conduct personnel selection interviews and contribute to the improvement of personnel processes.

YOUR TASKS:

Execution of HR processes and procedures according to process descriptions
Review of documents for payroll processing
Processing of HR projects as well as technical and administrative implementation
Preparation of disciplinary proceedings
Conducting functional tests as part of tools
Processing feedback on problems/disruptions in employment relationships and providing social counseling
Coordination between time soldiers and the personnel department of the Bundeswehr as well as determination of military service time according to the Soldier Supply Act

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Successfully completed commercial training as well as further training as a personnel specialist or comparable
Several years of professional experience in operational personnel work and knowledge of labor law, wages and social security law
Very good knowledge of SAP HR R3 and MS Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of English
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Handson mentality as well as a careful, independent, and reliable way of working
