Your Responsibilities
- Develop, conceptualize, and construct injection molds in toolmaking, as well as make tool modifications,
• Conduct feasibility evaluations based on article data, functional and simple filling analysis,
• Optimize tools in collaboration with departments,
• Create drawings, parts lists, and tool documents,
• Provide sales support for complex tool inquiries,
• Serve as a point of contact for external service providers and colleagues from adjacent departments,
• Act as a technical contact from tool planning to acceptance in series production
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering/bachelor/master in mechanical engineering or degree as a technician or master with relevant background or comparable education and training
• Several years of experience in tool design in toolmaking
• Proficient in SolidWorks design software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of toolmaking and plastics technology is advantageous
• Customer-oriented thinking and action, structured work approach
• Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
