We are a family-owned provider in elderly care, combining the benefits of a familiar facility with the strengths of a large organization with multiple locations.

We are currently seeking support for our senior center TO HUUS on Norderney.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume the duties of a nursing service manager
  • Personnel management and planning
  • Communication with residents, family members, and employees
  • Active participation in resident care
  • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of work processes
  • Creation of duty schedules, etc.

Profile:

  • Qualification as a certified nursing professional with further training in nursing service management
  • Preferably with experience in a leadership role, at least as a WBL
  • Ideally, you have experience in home care services
  • You are independent and communicative
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and can find solutions confidently in all situations
