is looking for a social pedagogical specialist with an equivalent degree as a state-recognized educator or state-recognized educators (W/M/D) for its integration daycare center Chumani in Tempelhof with 45 children, for a workload of 38.5 hours per week.

Our common goal is to empower children of different backgrounds and with different circumstances to handle their lives as self-determined and competent as possible.

We provide impulses, create language opportunities, and explore the environment with them. We design educational processes and orient ourselves to the individual needs of the children. This is done with a lot of fun in our pedagogical work. Our pedagogical focus is on everyday integrated language education, musical early education, and democratic participation.

We are looking for a pedagogical specialist who is willing to work with every age group in the daycare area and enjoys a varied, situational, and self-determined daily routine.

The tasks include:

education, care, and support of children in the nursery and elementary area, independent planning and implementation of daily group activities, a partnership with parents, and the implementation of the duty of care.
