Energy Economist (m/f/d)

Workplace: Frankfurt (Oder)
Working hours: Full-time
Employment: as soon as possible, permanent

Your tasks:

You design and monitor the procurement and trading strategy of the company and report directly to the management.
You and your team are responsible for energy procurement and marketing on the term, spot, and intraday markets (electricity, natural gas) and ensure the optimal management of all commodity portfolios.
You manage the commercial deployment planning and marketing of the company's generation plants and work closely with the specialist departments.
You monitor emissions management, such as the purchase of emission certificates under the TEHG and BEHG, and communication with the DEHSt for emissions reporting.
