About the team

As part of the Security and Loss Prevention team at Amazon, we work closely with our stakeholders to secure the entire supply chain and promote security in all business discussions.

Our team at Colfax, known as the SSM team, is responsible for developing service delivery standards to identify and mitigate security and loss prevention risks and vulnerabilities in the physical security environment as early as possible.

We continuously assess our programs and make necessary adjustments to support the ever-changing operational requirements. We also conduct in-depth investigations to determine root causes and implement standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent future incidents.

In addition, we provide frameworks for standards that enable business units to carry out their daily operational tasks while mitigating risks. To achieve this, we gather and consolidate information to evaluate vendor performance, customer satisfaction, and feedback from other stakeholders.

Working closely with other support function teams, we assess risks and develop programs to minimize potential impact. We also collaborate with EMEA business leaders, support functions, and other security teams within a global framework to provide strategic, tactical, and operational programs that meet the needs and priorities of our customers and stakeholders.
