Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to oversee our Residential Services program.

As the Program Director, you will be responsible for maintaining a residence in compliance with regulatory standards set forth by the NYS Office of Mental Health, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, NYC Department of Homeless Services, and/or the United States Department of Housing and Development.

Your primary focus will be ensuring quality case management and care for all residents, maintaining comprehensive case records, providing leadership and supervision to direct care staff, overseeing maintenance operations, responding to crises, and managing administrative reporting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or related field is required in Licensed Housing. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or related field with 5 years related experience for Supported Housing required.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and publishing software.
  • Minimum five (5) years residential management experience in the mental health field.

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
