Your Responsibilities
As part of your main tasks, you will be responsible for managing around 300 employees in our branches, as well as preparing and executing monthly payroll runs for approximately 800 employees, including processing changes to salary-related data and completing monthly closing tasks.
You will also be in charge of processing and verifying pension fund contributions, managing absences, compiling monthly personnel statistics, and reconciling payroll accounts with the financial accounting department.
You will take pleasure in creating and verifying statements for various social insurance schemes, as well as supporting the annual payroll budgeting process and actively participating in payroll-related projects.
Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for supervisors, employees, and authorities/insurers for all payroll and social insurance matters.
