Junior Management Trainee / Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • We will extensively train you in the tasks and responsibilities of a team leader, preparing you to take on a team in our call center
  • You will ensure written and telephone correspondence with our customers, providing general information and finding solutions for specific inquiries
  • With your strong analytical skills and quick comprehension, you will ensure the maintenance and improvement of service quality. Additionally, you will be a key driver for continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with experience in customer service or a degree in business administration, leadership experience is desirable
  • You enjoy communicating and are a responsible team player. Organized, solutionoriented, and with a passion for working with people, you approach your tasks
  • Your dedicated commitment and independent, resultsoriented work style set you apart
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of spelling and grammar
