Inclusion Specialist 50% (M/F/D)
Through a shared mission statement and continuously evolving quality management, we provide all employees and families with comparable and reliable foundations for the pedagogical work in our municipal childcare facilities.
The specialized services serve the qualitative development and expansion of counseling and support quality for the childcare facilities and are assigned to the kindergarten specialist advisory service.
Your main tasks:
Inclusion Specialist
- Networking and counseling for inclusion specialists
- Childoriented and interactionoriented daily observations and counseling for inclusion specialists and pedagogical professionals
- Identify further training needs, participate in organizing further training
- Coordination of the approval of integration measures through the district office
Your profile:
- You have a completed diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree in the field of early childhood education, education and social management, social pedagogy, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have further training in the field of inclusion, adult education, or language, depending on the specialized service.
- Intercultural competence
