Rental Accountant / Property Accountant / Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Real Estate Management:

Your tasks:

Preparation of utility and operating cost statements
Accounts payable and receivable accounting
Recording, management, and continuous maintenance of tenant master data
Bookkeeping control, recording, and posting of incoming and outgoing payments, as well as the creation and management of rental, property, and security deposit accounts

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a real estate clerk
Ideally, professional experience in tenant management and excellent knowledge of residential tenancy law
Customer and service orientation
Proficient in MS Office, SAP R/3, and PowerHaus
Friendly and confident demeanor
Teamwork and resilience
