Payroll Accountant / HR Clerk:


Your tasks:


  • Processing and checking monthly payroll for our mediumsized clients
  • Independent support as direct contact person for a defined group of clients regarding ongoing payroll and social security issues
  • Handling correspondence with health insurance companies, the Federal Employment Agency, social welfare offices, etc.
  • Processing of reporting and certification
  • Participation in the implementation of new HR systems into existing payroll systems (e.g. "Personio HR", "WebCenter", "Bamboo HR")

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
  • Excellent knowledge in the areas of payroll accounting, payroll tax, and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office and common payroll software programs (e.g. "ADDISON Payroll & Salary", "SBS Payroll plus", "Datev
  • Payroll and Salary")
  • High level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension
  • Confident and selfassured demeanor
