We are looking for a trained farmer with extensive expertise, who enjoys working with agricultural machinery as well as animals, and is excited about collaborating with a diverse group of people.

The position is available immediately or in spring 2023.

Who are we?

The agricultural company "An der Dresdner Heide" GmbH & Co KG is dedicated to raw milk production.

In addition to raising cattle for milk production and a small herd of beef cows, we also raise pigs and fattening lambs to offer a wide range of meat products in our farm shop with an attached butchery.

Our production also includes high-quality market crops and feed on our fields around Großerkmannsdorf, as well as utilizing manure and feed residues in a biogas plant to produce electricity and heat.


Responsibilities:

  • A diverse range of tasks with a focus on selected agricultural machinery in the field of plant production
  • High level of personal responsibility
  • Operating feed harvesting equipment
  • Transporting harvested goods
  • Soil cultivation
  • Loading work with telehandlers and mobile excavators
  • Earthworks
  • And other tasks in the field of plant production

Qualifications:

  • At least a completed vocational training as a farmer
  • Extensive expertise, additional training is desirable
  • Reliability and independence
