Social Pedagogue (50%) at Youth and Children's House St. Georgen in Grand Ridge, FL

The Youth and Children's House St.

Georgen (JuKS) is a facility for open youth work and is aimed at young people between the ages of 6 and 27.

The goal of open youth work is to promote young people towards developing a self-confident and self-determined life.

Starting on March 1st, 2023, a social pedagogue (Dipl./B.A.) is being sought for the children's area for parity reasons.

The position includes a workload of 50% (19.5 hours per week) and is classified as pay group TVÖD SuE S 12.

Working hours are not in the evenings.

The tasks of the future employee include:

Planning and implementing leisure and educational activities for groups with children in primary school age.
Organizing and conducting open meetings for the relevant age group.
Implementing networking activities, such as school and neighborhoodoriented programs and collaborations, especially with the local primary schools.
Implementing the concept of diversity in daily pedagogical work.
Implementing the basic principles of advocacy for children and girls.

Requirements for the position are:

Ability to work independently and autonomously in an equal team, including participation in supervision.
Experience in working with groups of children in primary school age.
Innovative thinking and creativity for creative activities with children.
Ability to teach practical
