Description

For our Facility Management department, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager for Planning and Maintenance (m|f|d) in Chico.

What you will be working on:

You will be part of our construction team and work together with your colleagues to further develop it
You will plan and oversee building maintenance, repair, and construction projects
You will have overall project responsibility for the entire process chain of "planning, project management, and construction" including monitoring deadlines and costs in each project
You will create performance specifications for construction trades
You will coordinate planning and execution, control and optimize building processes
You will work closely with the Infrastructure and Technical Building Equipment teams, as well as the Commercial Facility Management and Energy and Security Management teams
You will provide necessary training for employees and external contractors and document it accordingly

What we are looking for:

You have a degree or vocational training in the field of construction or are a technician/master with relevant work experience and further qualifications
You have several years of professional experience in construction or building management of a commercial property
You have good knowledge of MS Office, tendering programs, and facility management systems
You are familiar with relevant legal regulations for the work area and keep
