Description

We are currently seeking a skilled IT/TK technician to join our team in Eden Prairie. In this role, you will be responsible for performing on-site tasks related to IMACD orders in the IT/TK field. You will also provide support and assistance to users in utilizing the IT infrastructure, both in person and remotely.

Other responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as setting up and managing IT systems and networks for our clients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects and refresh initiatives for our clients' IT systems. Additionally, you will be expected to provide on-call services on a rotating basis.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education in IT system electronics, system integration, or a similar qualification, as well as at least three years of experience in the aforementioned areas.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT/TK issues, including hardware, networks, and telecommunications, is also required. Knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, and IT processes is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL and DGUV V3 is a plus.
