What it's about

The SAP Application Operations, Interfaces, and Cloud department is responsible for the smooth operation of our SAP applications and our automation and interface systems.

The team analyzes technical and functional errors in the systems they are responsible for and either fixes them or hands them over to internal and external partners for further processing and resolution.

In addition, the team is responsible for automating business processes. As part of these tasks, job chains must be developed and tested in response to requests from the business, projects, or to optimize and improve existing processes.
