Your responsibilities:


  • Creating and processing customer offers
  • Adhering to customerspecific SLAs and requirements
  • Ensuring the correct product selection based on discounts, prices, availability, lead times, and inventory levels
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries
  • Contributing to projects for continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of major IT manufacturers and their products
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in effectively and promptly handling customer escalations
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
