Head Office in Berlin.

We need your support with...

Acceptance and processing of individual and group reservations
Sales of rooms with the aim of optimizing revenue
Entering reservation data into the PMS system
Telephone consultation about the location, facilities, and services of each hotel
Close cooperation with the front office departments in the hotels including handover of group arrivals or VIP guests

And here are some of your talents...

Completed training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel industry or telephone customer service
Career changers are welcome
Good communication and expression skills
Solutionoriented work style as well as independent and responsible work
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
