For our senior facility Haus am Bredberg in Schledehausen, Bloomington, NE, we are currently seeking a full-time (38.5 hours) permanent nursing director (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring and further developing highquality care and support for our residents, as well as efficient nursing structures and processes
  • Professional and organizational management of the nursing department
  • Training, development, mentoring and motivation of your nursing team
  • Competent contact person for our residents and their families
  • Creation and monitoring of a needsbased duty roster

Your profile:

  • Strong leadership skills and empathetic, motivating communication
  • Strong organizational skills, solutionoriented and enjoy process optimization
  • Serviceoriented and committed
  • Qualification as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI or a completed nursing science degree
  • Ideally, first leadership experience in inpatient elderly care
