Ruhe Biogas Service GmbH offers an energy-efficient liquefaction technology, Green Line Liquid, which converts biogas into liquefied methane (Bio-LNG) and carbon dioxide (Bio-LCO2).

This allows us to work with biogas plant operators to create a profitable business model and contribute to reducing CO2 emissions in the transportation sector.

We are currently seeking a
Technical Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling customer and supplier inquiries
  • Receiving and scheduling service calls from customers
  • Creating and managing service orders (e.g. for malfunctions)
  • Ordering and tracking materials for maintenance and service calls
  • Preparing quotes
  • Coordinating service calls with external companies

We are looking for someone with:

  • Completed commercial/technical apprenticeship or similar qualifications
  • Ideally, previous experience in a service/commercial role
  • Technical understanding and a customeroriented approach
