As an IRAS Wealth Associate, you will work on a team of 4 individuals in an inclusive, collaborative, and in office/work from home hybrid environment.

Through strong communication, analysis, and client servicing, the team works to identify and solve complex problems that are atypical or that occur infrequently.

The Tempe team is the only IRAS Wealth Performance team at Northern Trust, and services the wealth management investment practice across the country.

As an associate in IRAS, you will utilize both client servicing and analytic skills, making this a unique opportunity for those seeking exposure in both sectors.

If you're an energetic self-starter who likes to think outside the box and drive solutions, this role is for you.
