We are looking for:


We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin, who will assist our customers in implementing their projects in Ninox.

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing our customers with fast, friendly, and effective support when it comes to solving technical issues.


Your mission:


  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system.
  • Conduct tests and troubleshoot customer issues, collaborating with the development team to find a solution.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers to help them effectively use the Ninox software.
  • Collaborate with our development and product teams to share feedback, escalate technical emergencies, or suggest improvements.
  • Provide customer support via email or video conference. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have technical questions or issues with the Ninox software. You communicate in a friendly, solutionoriented, and knowledgeable manner to help customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with setting up, configuring, and using the Ninox software. You ensure that customers can fully utilize the software's functionality.

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in technical support and customer service is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL or advanced Excel skills is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and building customer relationships
