Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the entire recruitment process in the airport sector
  • Optimizing strategies for candidate acquisition
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Creating personnel requirement analyses
  • Planning, scheduling, and conducting job fairs and information events with our partners
  • Establishing and strengthening sustainable relationships with employment agencies, job centers, and training institutes
  • Developing personnel marketing measures

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree
  • Solid professional experience in recruiting or personnel services
  • Ideally, experience working with the Federal Employment Agency
  • Handson mentality and good people skills
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in approaching and recruiting new employees
  • First experience in reliability checks, DGR PK 9, and aviation security training is an advantage but not a requirement
