Head of Training (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for internal training management in the field of ORBIS and other software solutions from Dedalus and other internally used tools
  • Planning, developing and implementing training content for employees
  • Selection and continuous improvement of learning methods
  • Identifying training needs in coordination with departments and management
  • Further development of an internal training organization

Your qualifications:

  • Education in the field of adult education or information technology with experience in healthcare
  • Expertise in implementation, operation or use of Dedalus HealthCare software, demonstrated by several years of professional experience
  • Strong didactic skills
  • High moderation and communication skills
  • Service orientation
  • Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
