Yellow Shoes is the award-winning, in-house agency that develops creative strategies and solutions to support the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts segment, driving individual business results while optimally presenting and building the brand and overall Disney reputation.

Project Management is the internal agency engine, linking all agency functions and leading projects end-to-end to deliver a high volume of projects on-time and on-budget.

Project Management works closely with Account Management, Creative, and Production to help deliver WDPR business results and strengthen the Yellow Shoes agency reputation.

What You Will Do:

Develop detailed project schedules and ensure that Account, Creative, and Production are aligned and aware of key project milestones. Update timelines as needed and address potential conflicts.
Oversee projects from start to finish as the established point person on progress and status, ensuring projects are updated in Workfront as milestones are achieved.
Consider internal and external partner input when creating timelines (Public Relations, Public Affairs, Customer Engagement, Pixar, etc.).
Lead weekly status meetings with the core team to keep everyone informed of project progress and upcoming milestones.
Proactively identify and solve scheduling, resource, or other issues in advance, offering creative solutions.
Communicate timing implications of requested changes to all involved partners and follow up to ensure revisions are implemented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between Account, Creative, and Business Affairs to ensure all work undergoes appropriate review stages.
Collaborate with Account Management to kick off projects in Workfront.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of communication mediums such as video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and their production processes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of projects and related tactics within the agency, overseeing details and timelines from project initiation to completion.
Capable of balancing big picture thinking with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery.
Effective at building relationships with Account, Creative, and Production peers, influencing and fostering collaborations to accomplish tasks.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency to deliver as expected.
Thorough knowledge of the full agency process, with flexibility to optimize project deliverables, find efficiencies, and prioritize across different business areas.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal guidance.
3-5 years of experience in professional marketing, advertising agency, project management, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the full agency Project Management process.
Experience with Work Front or other project management tools.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
