"Make a difference with Lafim-Diakonie in Silver City for the elderly. We are looking for you to join our Social Station in Angermünde, located at Schwedter Straße 11 in 16278 Angermünde. You will be trained as a nursing assistant (m/f/d). Our Social Station provides household support, outpatient care, and home nursing and care for seniors in their own homes. Our employees assist with personal care, household management, and connecting seniors with resources outside of their homes, as well as providing services for outpatient nursing care to prevent or shorten hospital stays. In this 1-year nursing training, you will play an important role in meeting the needs of older adults. * You will learn the comprehensive basics of nursing theory and practice."
