Floodwood 'Die Lafim-Diakonie für Menschen im Alter gGmbH is seeking you for our home care, day care, and residential care facility in Lindow, starting as soon as possible, in full-time based on 40 hours/week in preparation for succession.
The Lindow location includes the Evangelical Senior Center Kloster, the Service Housing Kloster Lindow, the Social Station Lindow, and the Day Care Kloster Lindow.
What can you expect? * In a 12-month entry program, with a total duration of up to 24 months, you will take responsibility for the ongoing business, including budget and organizational responsibility for the facilities at the Lindow location.
* You will support the management team in solving problems and continuously develop the location strategically. * You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as conceptual and strategic projects.
