Our client is a medium-sized production company in the metal processing industry located in Graysville, OH with 750 employees. With its affiliation to an international corporation and high technical expertise, it is unique nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor sustainable, preventive, and valueenhancing maintenance measures for two production sites
  • Lead the Planning and Reliability team
  • Develop initiatives, strategies, standards, and guidelines for implementing TPM projects in accordance with strategic business plans
  • Responsible for environmental and community standards, as well as identifying and reporting potential environmental hazards
  • Budget responsibility for achieving company goals and strategic plans
  • Promote and activate employee motivation to achieve continuous improvements through new ideas
  • Develop and monitor relevant KPIs for overall work management

Qualifications:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering; alternatively, a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mineral processing industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an industrial setting
  • Familiar with TPM principles
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Planning, analysis, and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in German and English.
