Primary Duites:

Be adaptable to changing business needs and changes in market conditions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve positive outcomes and ensure process accuracy.
Collaborate with recruitment staff and management to forecast current and future workforce needs.
Supervise, motivate, train, develop, and provide leadership to talent acquisition/recruitment staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
