What to expect

As a member of our team, you will advise our national and international clients on topics such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), optimization of business processes, and Internal Control Systems (ICS).

You will be involved in consulting projects, from analyzing and optimizing process and control flows to designing and implementing ERM solutions at both strategic and operational levels.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing management systems (RMS, ICS) and developing recommendations for their improvement. You will have the opportunity to shape your role and expand your expertise in the field of risk management. You will also collaborate closely with experts from the Mazars network in an international environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to further your knowledge in related areas and explore other consulting fields.

What you bring

You have a degree in business, (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable field. You have several years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, and/or controlling, preferably in an international consulting firm. You possess exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. You are a dedicated individual with strong teamwork, communication, and initiative. Ideally, you have experience as a team leader. You have excellent IT skills, particularly in RM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. You are fluent in German and English. You are flexible and willing to travel for work.
