Our family business has been the epitome of fresh fish on the North Sea island of Sylt for over 50 years. With several fish specialty shops and bistros, an in-house smokehouse, lobster holding facility, and a wholesale and shipping business, we offer a diverse, variable, and exciting range of tasks in our great team.

We are currently looking for a Grill Master (m/f/d) to join our team in Tobaccoville.

Your responsibilities:


• Preparing and grilling our fish specialties on our show grill


• During the off-season, you will also be responsible for taking orders

Your profile:


• Experience in the demanding preparation of fish is desired


• A general ability to work cleanly, independently, and responsibly with food is essential


• Creativity and enjoyment in working with our fish specialties


• You always keep a cool head - even when things get busy
