Your responsibilities

  • With your deep understanding of large and regulated organizations, as well as your ability to focus on the essentials, you can quickly grasp complex structures and adapt to new topics.
  • Your daily job: supporting our Business Banking segment in terms of internal, external, and regulatory requirements.
  • You skillfully handle stakeholder management and communicate across departments with our Business Banking Leadership Team, Head Office, auditors, and regulators.
  • You act as a liaison to the 2nd and 3rd line, significantly shaping the Business Banking area.
  • As a competent point of contact, you design, implement, and manage governance and risk processes.
  • With your expertise and foresight, you identify opportunities for improvement and develop new policies, work instructions, and process documentation, which you then present.
