What to expect:

The training duration is one year and consists of theoretical and practical blocks (theory: 700 hours; practice: 850 hours in the inpatient sector, including at least 80 hours in outpatient long-term care).

The training / retraining is supported by the Employment Agency. The possibility of funding will be examined by the Employment Agency after the application has been submitted. The HR department will support you during the application process.

What we expect from you:

Secondary school diploma or equivalent recognized educational qualification
You are unskilled or have not worked in your trained profession in recent years
Good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (ideally at level B2)
