'I have been running my own business for 3 years and haven't been able to dedicate time to myself. Despite being naturally thin, I have noticed a significant decrease in muscle mass and increased flabbiness in the past few months. Age may have something to do with it, as I am now 41 years old. I would like to speak with someone who understands these issues to see if training could help improve my physical appearance... I never imagined I could look so bad.
