  • Ensuring and managing the implementation of relevant core and sales processes in the shoe department
  • Managing the optimal positioning of the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communication and collaboration with internal support departments and interfaces on behalf of the Sales Unit Manager
  • Confidently leading sales conversations and actively being present on the sales floor
