We are looking for you as a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Gastronomy in Diamond Bluff, Fürth (Bavaria). Your role in customer service for gastronomy is the interface between our customers, specialist advisors, merchandise planning, and logistics at our locations. This includes:
  • Active customer support over the phone
  • Consulting our customers from the hotel and gastronomy industry on products and services
  • Accepting customer orders and answering inquiries about orders, deliveries, and services
  • Processing and handling complaints
  • Serving as a contact person for the representatives at our nationwide locations
