Position
In this role, you will provide direction, report to the shareholders, and be responsible for the following tasks:

Ensuring overall management of all technical and commercial matters
Disciplinary and professional leadership of employees, as well as ensuring their individual development
Contributing to and implementing a strategic direction for the company
Strategically planning all market and sales activities in close coordination with the sales manager
Implementing agile project management
Acquiring and managing strategic customers and new markets
Supplier management
Developing internal organization, structures, technology, and processes, incorporating digital capabilities
Representing the company's interests to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Your qualifications
Educational background
You have a qualified commercial or technical education or degree.
Work experience
Several years of professional and managerial experience in a mediumsized, technologically demanding company in the wood, metal, or fittings industry is in line with our expectations.
Special skills
Good English language skills; experience in agile project management.
