Your tasks include:

  • You support the management of our care service
  • You accompany new residents during their settlingin period
  • Engaging residents through activating measures such as game rounds, singing and making music, creative activities, or outdoor activities, etc.
  • Biography work; accompanying residents to appointments with doctors and therapists

Your qualifications:

  • Basic course "additional care assistant" with 100 hours, advanced course with 60 hours
  • Care internship in a nursing home with 100 hours
  • Basic knowledge of dementia and typical agerelated diseases
  • Equanimity and a positive attitude towards older people
  • Calmness in dealing with behavioral peculiarities
  • Communication skills and empathy


Accompanying older people in their daily lives, meeting their needs, but also promoting and challenging their resources - that is your task in care at Domus Cura.
