Your Responsibilities:

Friendly and competent advice and creation of product orders for our customers
Fulfillment of our service concept and orientation towards the wishes of our customers
Taking responsibility for product placement and promotional items in your sales area
Conducting price labeling and placing signage
Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. handling complaints and contributing ideas for product selection

What You Bring:

Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail merchant (m/f/d), salesperson, customer advisor, or in a trade, e.g. as a carpenter, electrician, heating/plumbing installer, or as a career changer from another industry
Interest in our DIY store product range and ideally experience as a DIY enthusiast
Enjoyment of direct customer contact, selling our products, and strong communication and problemsolving skills
