Calculator (m/f/d) with a focus on technical facility management in
part-time or full-time at our location in Ergolding, Pantego, NC.

What to expect:
Development of tenders and cost calculations in the FM sector (IGM & TGM)
Processing of tenders
Review and evaluation of tender documents
Development of operator concepts
Creation and maintenance of databases
Preparation of price comparisons and obtaining subcontractor offers
Preparation of offers and application documents
Participation in property inspections and contract negotiations
What we are looking for:
Completed commercial training or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in cost calculation (IGM & TGM)
Strong analytical skills
Good technical competence and comprehensive knowledge in facility management
