*Nurse Educator (m/f/d) with Master's Sponsorship*These are your responsibilities:
  • You will lead courses in the generalist training for nursing professionals or in the training for nursing assistants.
  • You see yourself as a learning companion and advisor for trainees, supporting and motivating them in acquiring competencies.
  • You will prepare, conduct, evaluate, and follow up on final exams and learning assessments.
  • You will actively participate in the development of curricular and pedagogical topics.

These are the qualifications you bring:

  • A degree in nursing (e.g. nursing education, nursing management, nursing science, health education, social work, healthcare education, medical education) and a completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric nursing.
  • Excellent communication skills, social competence, and interest and openness to innovative and alternative
