Commercial Employee / Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Creation of operating cost statements
Booking and control of rental income as well as dunning
Creation of direct debits
Creation and dissolution of deposits
Working with the software Haufe PowerHaus, in particular booking of operating cost-relevant invoices
Rent increases

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the fields of real estate management or accounting
Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
Desirable would be
- Knowledge in the field of property management, especially operating cost statements
- Basic knowledge in the field of accounting
- Knowledge of a real estate management software, especially Haufe PowerHaus
