Department Manager Pet Store | Aquatics / Reptiles (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Actively
    approach and provide expert advice to customers in the store

Lead,
train, and
motivate your team members

Promote sales through
effective product presentation and
inventory management

  • Plan
    staffing and inventory efficiently
  • Achieve
    sales targets and monitor
    key performance indicators
  • Maintain the
    inventory management system
  • Ensure proper care of
    animal habitats in compliance with legal and animal welfare requirements

Requirements:


  • You have completed a
    relevant education in retail or pet specialty stores
  • Alternatively, you have
    previous leadership experience and a passion for aquatics
  • Ideally, you have
    experience in a managerial role
  • You are able to
    motivate your team and have strong leadership skills
  • You enjoy
    interacting with customers and colleagues and have a knack for sales
  • You are **resilient, flexible, and able to work
