full-time and
permanent employment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent and goaloriented support and advice in all areas of human resources
Competent contact person (m/f/d) for all personnel and labor law issues
Taking over personnel planning and supporting recruitment measures
Participation in employee support from onboarding to offboarding
Preparation of personnelrelated documents such as employment contracts, references, and job advertisements
Participation in the development of personnel processes and support in exciting HR projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial training or degree in business administration with a focus on HR / personnel or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience, e.g. as a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d), Personnel Officer (m/f/d), or Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)
Solid knowledge of labor law required
Fluent English skills in spoken and written form
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Communication skills and consulting competence
High sense of responsibility and discretion
