What you will do:


We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who has extensive knowledge in Multi-Tasking / 5-axis Machines in Machine tool industry.

Specific industry knowledge in either Aerospace or EV.

The product manager will fully understand customer's manufacturing or product needs to gather and present to the factory for development and review.


Responsibilities and duties:


  • Coordinates and support Product Life Cycle Management of our higher end machines
  • Connect with decision makers on purchasing new machine tools for their manufacturing needs
  • Coordinate with the Product Planning Team what type of product/features to develop for the industry.
  • Attend major machine tool exhibitions to monitor and analyze machine tool technology trend(IMTS, EASTEC, WESTEC, AERODEF etc.)
  • Recommend new product development ideas for our R&D to develop.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, CS to manage new product launches for our higher end product line in American market
  • Support sales team in answering technical questions to products managed
  • Gather and generate/modify launch materials, so that it can be properly utilized for our Sales Network(training, reference purpose)
  • Follow new technology trend(other than typical metal cutting), such as Additive Manufacturing, Friction Stir Welding to provide Mid-Long Term development needs/direction for American Market
  • Monitor Automation solution technology trend (Robot & Cobot, Smart Factory, H/W & S/W technology)

What you will bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Must possess a strong business acumen and skillsets required to: evaluate, understand the specific industry manufacturing process as well as how major OEM for EV or Aerospace industry make decisions purchases machine tools
  • Excellent communication skills in customer centric environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral format
  • Strong networking skills needed to keep pace with contemporary manufacturing practices at better/best in class companies
  • Minimum 4 years of working in Manufacturing industry with knowledge in Machine Tools
  • Experience in operating Turn-Mill / 5Axis Machine is a plus
