Day to day responsibilities:

Analyze marketing strategies for IVD products and stay updated on market trends and dynamics in Europe;
Conduct in-depth analysis of IVD-related policies in Europe;
Gain a deep understanding of the sales model for IVD products in Europe;
Develop strategies and action plans for distributing IVD products in Europe;
Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate the distribution of IVD products;
Utilize a global perspective to clearly communicate the market positioning and competitiveness of IVD products worldwide;
Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure internal alignment and proper allocation of resources for active projects in the strategic plan;

Qualifications:
