Your responsibilities:

  • Timely preparation of payroll and benefits using SAP
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for health insurance companies and authorities
  • Responsible for personnel administration and support
  • Acting as a deputy for the team leader (m/f/d) in their absence

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Several years of experience in payroll and benefits using a common payroll system
  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Knowledge of the collective agreement IG Metall desirable
  • Structured and accurate working style
