We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
Receptionist to join our team at our clinic in
Augsburg.

Your responsibilities

Greeting and receiving patients
Assisting international patients
Providing support to patients during consultations and surgery days
Maintaining the appointment and patient management system
Conducting simple measurements necessary for treatments

Your profile

Completed vocational training, preferably in the upscale hotel industry or in the healthcare sector (MFA) or a comparable qualification
Independent and responsible work ethic
Good communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
Social competence and sensitivity when interacting with our patients
Team spirit, reliability, motivation, and a serviceoriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office applications
